CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on form of manual therapy techniques that evaluate, mobilize, and enhance your craniosacral system. Your craniosacral system is comprised of the membranes, bones, and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect your brain and spinal cord.
CranioSacral Therapy releases tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain, relieve dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CranioSacral Therapy is increasingly used as a preventive and complementary healthcare measure for its ability to bolster resilience to disease and dysfunction. By employing gentle techniques performed with 5-20 grams of pressure or traction, typical effects include an immediate decrease in pain, improvement in function, increase in mental clarity, regulation of adrenal stress response, and a profound sense of inner peace.
Appropriate for all ages, cultures, lifestyles, and genders, see how this gentle, relaxing bodywork can help YOU feel better IN your body.
